Biography
Meinrad Haule Lembuka is a social worker and researcher with over 15 years of experience. He is a PHD candidate at The Open University of Tanzania but holds an M.A in social work and M.A in International Cooperation and Development with time he has transformed himself to be a multidisciplinary expert in research and consultancy in the areas of HIV/AIDS, project management, child protection, community development, social welfare policies, international relations, gender, public policies, Ubuntu and social work.
He has worked with several local and international organizations and accumulated a wealth of experience in the above mentioned areas and currently he works as academician at the Open University of Tanzania. Most of these works have been informed by his work experience, research practice, and an indigenous African Ubuntu which focuses on holistic and collective principles toward human development such as the Ujamaa Intersections model.
