Biography
Matthieu Gautier is an international development professional specializing in youth empowerment, education, and public policy. Based in Dakar, he serves as Africa Director at Bibliothèques Sans Frontières, where he leads programs aimed at expanding access to education, culture, and information across the continent. Before joining BSF, he worked in local government in France and later with the United Nations in Djibouti. He has also taught at the University of Bordeaux and at Sciences Po Bordeaux on international development and African geopolitics.
