Biography
Matthew Muwanguzi is the Director of Programmes at the Health Link Foundation (HELIFO). He holds an Honours Degree in Records and Archives Management from Makerere University, a Certificate in Media Skills for Researchers, a Certificate in Online Facilitation Training from the University of Cape Town, and a Certificate in Technology-Enabled Learning from Athabasca University (Commonwealth of Learning).
Matthew has worked as an ICT teacher for over four years and is a skilled ICT trainer who has developed several training guides to equip and empower women and young people with business and life skills. He is also a researcher with interests in gender and ICT, as well as the integration of technology into teaching and learning.
