Biography
Mathilde-Ayélé is a passionate and experienced transformation coach. She founded Métamorphose Coaching & Consulting after 15 years of experience in finance and marketing within larges internationals groups and offers coaching, consulting, training and facilitation activities.
Mathilde-Ayélé's interventions are based on her experiences in managing multicultural teams and include conflict resolution, strategic planning, talent development, group coaching, team-building, revitalizing organizational culture as well as workplace wellness programs.
Her clients include large and small companies, private and public institutions, and non-governmental organisations such as the African Development Bank, UN agencies, OXFAM, SOS Sahel International, and Ernst & Young
She has a master's degree in finance and accounting, and validated coaching skills through diploma and certificate courses. Her active listening and positive approach make her the go-to transformation coach for anyone seeking clarity, motivation, and commitment. She also teaches personal development in training schools in Dakar and Lomé
