Biography
Mathias Groß is Professor of Digital Business and Knowledge Management at Leuphana University Lüneburg in Germany and founder of Congenius. He has 20 years of experience in strategic consulting for market-leading companies in the areas of (e)learning, knowledge management and digital business.
Mathias studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University/Germany and at MIT/USA and then earned his doctorate in engineering in Aachen. He combines the scientifically conceivable with the economically feasible and is always on the lookout for new ideas and solutions. He also brings his entrepreneurial experience to internet-based start-ups such as www.reisetopia.de, www.hoebu.de and www.sugarshape.de.
