Biography
Mashudu Ndou is an experienced executive with over 15 years of experience in public and corporate affairs, government relations, ESG, sustainability, social impact, and stakeholder management across Africa. She currently serves as Executive Head: Foundations at Vodacom Group, where she leads the Group’s philanthropic and social investment portfolio, with a focus on digital inclusion, sustainable development, and social impact.
Before joining Vodacom, Mashudu held several leadership roles at Sasol, including Vice President and Head of Corporate and Community Affairs, where she oversaw stakeholder relations, government affairs, socio-economic development initiatives, and community programmes across Southern Africa.
She holds an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria, an Executive Master’s in Supply Chain and Logistics, and several qualifications in strategy, sustainability, corporate governance, international relations, project management, and leadership. Recognised for her commitment to inclusion, women’s empowerment, and social change, she has received several awards in inclusive leadership, social impact, and the advancement of women in Africa.
