Biography
Mrs Martina Wagner is the regional Manager of WBS Training AG at the Dortmund Metropolitan Area (since 2014), including Meschede, Lüdenscheid, Hagen, Paderborn, Iserlohn and Winterberg. In 2019 she founded WBS TRAINING China Ltd, a China based subsidiary of the German WBS TRAINING AG. She is also General Manager for the WBS in Rwanda.
Highly interested in international activities and coming from a long-standing cross-border consulting background on international level, she has been active in the international knowledge transfer since 1997. Mrs. Wagner collected sound experience in lectures to Chinese business delegations and seminar management for intercultural scholars. Her expertise allowed her to manage scholarship programs of the Ministry of Economy for the provinces Shanxi, Jiangsu and Sichuan/PR China for many years.
As the General Manager for WBS in Rwanda, she has gained a lot of knowledge about the country and its people on many trips. Together with other German partners, such as the German Hotel and Restaurant Association or the Ministry of Economy, Transport, Agriculture and Viticulture in Rhineland-Palatinate, she has initiated various educational projects with Rwanda.
