Biography
Marine Houmeau is a senior leader in education-to-employment systems and an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in tech. She currently serves as Director of Careers & Academy at getINNOtized GmbH and Azubi Africa Foundation, a social impact organization connecting African tech talent to global job opportunities. Her experience spans Amazon Web Services (AWS), Generation, and the European Commission's DG ECHO, with a focus on digital skilling, public-private partnerships, and workforce development across Sub-Saharan Africa. She specializes in designing inclusive, scalable pathways into tech careers and contributes to international dialogue on youth employment, digital inclusion, and sustainable talent pipelines.
