Biography
Marina holds a Diploma in Latin American Studies and a Master in Education Management and has several years of experience in the area of digital education having worked in different GIZ projects with diverse partners from governments, international organisations, private sector and NGOs, e.g. supporting the set-up of the eskills4girls initiative. In October 2021, she joined the SER TVET II project in Botswana as an advisor supporting the project partners in reforms towards a more demand- and future-oriented TVET system among others through the set-up of the Future Teacher Kit: a messenger-based professional development approach for teachers.
