Biography
Through diverse work experiences in the (inter)national business and education sector, Marie-Cathérine Rausch has established herself as an expert in the fields of intercultural PM, TVET, and e-learning at HEI, always enthusiastic for culture and innovation.
As a research associate, she manages the African Medical Education and Research Network project of the Center for International Health. Her responsibility includes the implementation of int. virtual courses for health professionals to improve their teaching and PM skills, e.g. Academic Teacher Training Course, and the coordination of a call for proposals for the funding of African research projects in medical didactics.
She is also the founder of the social enterprise raisingPERSPECTIVES, which promotes TVET for young Africans and offers selected talents a vocational training experience in Germany to gain practical experience in the industry. Besides, she works as an intercultural trainer for different institutions and companies.
