Biography

Marc Rjeily is a seasoned executive with extensive expertise in management, strategy, consultancy, business development, and strategic partnerships. As Group Director at the CERT Group of Companies—the commercial arm of the Higher Colleges of Technology, the UAE’s largest federal government institution—he is responsible for driving growth and partnerships across the Training & Education, Technology, and Consultancy verticals.

Throughout his career, Marc has served as a trusted adviser to prominent leaders and government ministries. He has contributed to award-winning Emiratisation initiatives in collaboration with key ministries and global entities such as Mubadala, ADQ, and ADNOC.

An accomplished speaker, moderator, and panellist, Marc regularly participates in renowned international events, including GITEX and other global conferences. Committed to lifelong learning, he holds an MBA and has completed executive education programmes at prestigious institutions including Harvard Business School, the University of Oxford, and Columbia University.
