Biography
Manzamasso Kpelou is a computer engineer, IT project manager, and educator committed to advancing digital transformation and educational innovation in Africa. Since 2019, he has been teaching at the university level, delivering courses in project management, digital transformation, big data, and emerging technologies, while helping students develop practical and digital skills. As an EdTech practitioner, he has led initiatives focused on modernising learning through digital platforms, lightweight technologies, and inclusive learning systems. He is the co-founder and CTO of New Brain Factory, where he has coordinated technical and strategic projects and overseen the deployment of digital solutions for institutions and organisations.
He also serves as Executive Director of DIGI IMPACT AFRICA, an association promoting digital inclusion, educational access, student orientation, and youth empowerment through technology-driven initiatives across Africa. In this role, he leads programmes focused on digital learning, innovation, and accessible educational solutions for underserved and rural communities facing connectivity and infrastructure challenges. With experience collaborating with public institutions and development partners, Manzamasso combines technical expertise, educational insight, and strategic leadership, with a continued focus on EdTech research, youth capacity-building, and equitable access to digital education across the continent.
