Biography
Program specialist in the Directorate of Economic and Digital Francophonie at the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF), Lova RAMILIJAONA has several years of experience in international project management, particularly in the fields of vocational training, skills development, and multilateral cooperation. She currently coordinates the OIF’s D-CLIC project, an initiative launched, conceived, and developed by the OIF to strengthen skills and provide training in digital professions for young people—particularly women—aged 18 to 35 in the Francophone area, with the aim of improving their long-term employability, qualifications, and access to employment as employees or through self-employment.
The D-CLIC project is designed to prepare the next generation for the growing impact of digital technology in all spheres of professional and personal life.
