Biography
Dr. Liliane UMUTESI is a passionate and experienced IT expert, Senior Lecturer and Researcher. Driven by her personal vision to impact IT intellectuals’ contributions to their society towards affording life problems solution and thus achieve social and economic development, she takes pride in providing the best possible to translate stakeholders requirements into tangible deliverables that exceed expectations.
As a Deputy Vice Chancellor Academics at University of Tourism, Technology and Business, her goals include, serving as the advisor to the Vice Chancellor in all academic matters, Developing and planning institutional and academic programs, supervising staff development programs, monitoring academic personnel actions and transactions; and participates in academic personnel policy development and negotiations.
Her research thematic centers E- learning, Cyber security, cloud computing, networking, software Engineering and E- Commerce.
