Biography
Lazarus Muthenya is a dedicated education technology professional with a background in Mathematical Science and Information Technology. He is deeply passionate about demonstrating how mathematics offers profound insights into everyday life and plays a vital role in global development. A 2018 Fellow of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), Lazarus is a firm believer in Africa’s capacity to catalyse positive global change.
He currently serves as the Programmes Manager at EduTab Africa, where he applies his extensive expertise in leadership, educational outreach, and the design of instructional content for e-learning platforms. His work centres on empowering both educators and learners through innovative, accessible digital learning solutions that promote creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving in a wide range of educational settings.
Driven by a commitment to inclusive education, Lazarus actively contributes to the development of accessible learning resources, the establishment of peer-learning networks, and efforts to bridge the digital divide across the continent.
