Biography

Kwasi is a Learning Experience Designer from Accra, Ghana who has dedicated his career to building engaging educational environments for young Africans from all over the Continent. He currently serves as the Director of Learning at Moringa School in Nairobi, Kenya, which aims to address the widening skills gap among Kenyan and Rwandan youth through software development, data science, and life skills training. Before this, he worked at the African Leadership University (ALU) in Mauritius as a curriculum designer, class facilitator, and faculty team lead. As part of the founding team at ALU, he was involved in every aspect of the organisation's development over a 4 year period. With over 6 years of experience in education, he is excited to continue innovating on how people learn in the service of Pan-African development. Kwasi has also worked as an analyst with Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo in New York City. He holds a BA from Columbia University in Psychology and Business Management.
