Biography
Dr. Kristofina Junias is a lecturer in the department of TVET at Namibia University of Science and Technology. She is a curriculum management specialist with 7+ years of experience in TVET curriculum development. She has taught Physical Science at Secondary School level in Namibia where she received accolades as the best teacher. She is a certified DACUM facilitator by the Canadian Vocational Association. Dr Junias is an early career researcher influenced by pragmatism paradigm. Her research interests include curriculum inquiry, teacher education, qualification frameworks, assessment in higher education and quality assurance in education.
