Biography
Kehinde Ayeni is the Executive Director of LEAP Africa, where she leads youth leadership development initiatives across Africa. She strategically advances human capital, nation-building, and economic growth through large-scale, pan-African projects and collaborations with both state and federal governments. With over 16 years of experience in the nonprofit and corporate sectors, her expertise spans operations, communications, branding, and marketing. Kehinde holds an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School and IESE Business School, and she is a 2021 Praxis Nonprofit Accelerator Fellow.
Passionate about social impact, she advocates for leadership development, social entrepreneurship, and youth empowerment. Kehinde is committed to fostering sustainable solutions that create opportunities, drive empowerment, and enable both personal and organisational growth.
