Biography

Karam is the Edtech Specialist for CYPHER LEARNING and a passionate about improving education through technology with more than 6 years of experience in the field.

Karam studied Computer Science at Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT) in Amman, Jordan. Before he entered the Edtech field, he worked in the Information Technology industry, fulfilling various IT functions and roles within various organizations. This experience contributed greatly to his career in the Education Technology field.

In 2018, Karam joined Luminus Technical University College (LTUC) as an LMS Implementation Engineer and then became the Product Manager of the learning management system. when the COVID-19 pandemic hit the region in early 2020, He played a vital role by rolling out online services to over 6,000 students and get the platform up and running.

Currently, Karam is the Edtech Specialist of Education and Technology at CYPHER LEARNING, a global company that specializes in providing learning platforms for organizations around the world. Karam is responsible for developing training strategies to implement CYPHER LEARNING products with clients, designs online courses, resources, webinars so that clients can experience the full functionality of the learning platforms. He also develops strategies on training and delivery, content migration and helps customers roll out their E-learning implementation plans.
