Biography

Justin is a WordPress developer and core team member with a background in applied statistics. He is strongly interested in open access issues in Africa as well as in the dissemination of knowledge and the means by which it is carried out on the continent.

After having worked on a number of projects for the promotion of open science and open access in Africa, including the Open African Repository with the Mozilla Foundation, he founded, in June 2018, AfricArxiv, an open pan-African digital repository for Africans scientists.

Justin now works at Sèmè City, a special economic zone in Benin offering incentives for investment and job creation through higher education, scientific research and incubation of innovative business.
