Biography
Dr. Matthias Seeler is Consultant for GOPA Worlswide Consultants. Currently he is Team Leader for GIZ/GOPA's project on Digitalization of Ethiopia's TVET Sector. This project is facilitatd with Ethiopia's Ministry of Labor and Skills. Previously, he led a Digitalization Project in Malawi. Since 2009 he also assumed advisory roles on behalf of German International Cooperation in Malawi and Rwanda. Dr. Seeler is Professor and Head of Study (General Management) at IU International University of Applied Sciences in Germany. He lives in Malawi and works mainlz remotely. His publications range around topics of governance and ethics, but also include research in the area of online learning.
