Biography
Dr Joseph Odhiambo Owino is Senior Lecturer at the School of Business, University of Nairobi in Kenya and holds a PhD in Business Administration. He is a researcher in Marketing and Organisational Development and has published over 24 articles in peer reviewed journals and book chapters, and presented several papers at national and international conferences.
At eLearning Africa 2023, Dr Joseph Odhiambo Owino will show how the employability of university graduates can be increased through a blended mobility programme where students from Germany, Kenya and Ghana are exposed to international business experience and acquire 21st century skills, such as collaboration, communication, creativity and critical thinking.
