Biography
Joseph Fallah Yondah is an innovation-driven ICT leader and data specialist serving as Chief Operating Officer of TpGroup Sierra Leone and Product Manager for TpLEARN - West Africa's most comprehensive digital exam preparation platform.
Under his leadership, TpLEARN has achieved:
- 10,000+ active users across Sierra Leone and West Africa
- The largest digitized question bank aligned to WAEC's NPSE, BECE, and WASSCE curricula
- Strategic deployment through UNICEF, DSTI, and MBSSE's Learning Passport
- Offline-first mobile apps designed for low-connectivity environments
Joseph brings deep expertise in systems integration, software development, and digital transformation - with a focus on scalable, data-driven solutions that improve learning outcomes in emerging markets. He has contributed to large-scale digital education initiatives with international development organizations and holds an MSc in Information Systems Management from Njala University and a BA (Hons) in Library, Archive, and Information Studies from Fourth Bay College University of Sierra Leone.
He is passionate about proving that world-class education technology can be built in Africa, for Africa and scaled globally.
