Biography
Jose Antonio Goncalves, Area Manager at Lucas-Nuelle Education Group Germany, holds a Master's degree in Process Engineering with a focus on chemical processes and water treatment, as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration for Industry and International Markets.
He studied at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences. With over 20 years of experience in international education, primarily in Africa and Central America, Jose spent nine of these years at GIZ Germany.
