Biography
Jimena Pereyra coordinates the Virtual Campus Cluster at the UNESCO International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP). She manages the design, development and implementation of e-learning courses to strengthen the capacities of UNESCO Member States to better plan and manage their education systems. Jimena is also in charge of innovation projects to improve the quality of online and blended teaching and learning practices. In addition to the coordination of the IIEP e-learning portfolio, Jimena is actively involved in technical assistance projects to reinforce training capacities in educational planning of national institutions in countries worldwide.
At eLearning Africa, Jimena Pereyra will lead an interactive session on developing 21st century educator skills for online and blended learning, presenting the best practices of IIEP’s Learning & Development team.
