Jamal Ouchker is a expert in technical cooperation with15 years of experience. Currecntly, he is an Intervention Manager at Enabel, Belgian Development Agency.
Jamal is a specialist in management, monitoring & evaluation of development projects and expert-consultant in training engineering and capacity building, with extensive experience working in and with the public sector at local and central levels (since 1998).
He is passionate about lifelong learning, personal development, work relations and collaborative work, non-violent communication, mediation and conflict management with a particular interest and familiarity with sustainable development issues.
