Biography
Jacques is the Secretary of the Board of Directors of AUNEGe, the French repository of Open Educational Resources (OER) in economics and management. He is also Secretary of the Board of Directors of L’Université Numérique, which brings together French digital universities. He is responsible for international relations and is involved in projects in Francophone Africa, North America, and the Pacific.
