Biography
Knight of the Order of Merit and Laureate of the African Best Manager Award, Hamed Kadiyogo is a social entrepreneur, trainer, and marketing and management consultant based in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. He is the founder of the EMPRINT Vocational Training Centre, a network of 18 centres serving more than 2,000 learners each year, dedicated to technical training, entrepreneurship, and youth employability. With over 10 years of experience, he has designed and delivered hundreds of training programmes in Burkina Faso, focusing on leadership, management, customer relations, and organisational performance. His innovative approach connects training, economic empowerment, and sustainable social impact, contributing to the development of a skilled and responsible African youth. Hamed Kadiyogo promotes a replicable African educational model across several countries on the continent, grounded in proximity, quality, and innovation. Through EMPRINT and his various initiatives, he represents a new generation of African leaders committed to inclusive education and the promotion of local skills.
