Biography

Mr. Issa BA, a Senegalese national born on 13/05/1971 in Nguékokh, Mbour, and the Thiès region, has always harbored a passion for new technologies. In his second year at university, he secured a position at OTTINEX International, an audiovisual company based in Canne. Simultaneously, Mr. Issa BA commenced his career as a part-time lecturer and consultant, taking him across numerous African countries.

With over 14 years of experience in the field, Mr. Issa BA has played a pivotal role in establishing radio and TV studios. His journey with UNCHK (formerly UVS) involved a significant transformation in the delivery of courses on the platforms of the then Université virtuelle du Sénégal.

Presently, he stands as a key figure in the establishment of e-learning and MOOCs course studios in Senegal. Holding a Master 2 in Multimedia and a Master 1 in Educational Technologies from Cergy Paris, Mr. Issa BA continues to contribute to the advancement of educational technologies in Senegal.
