Biography
Iryna Atamanenko is a Leadership & Career Coach and Learning & Development professional with over 10 years of experience supporting individual and organizational growth. She is a Regional Operations Specialist for Europe & Africa at Harrison Assessments International, where she works at the intersection of psychometric analytics, leadership development, and scalable talent solutions. As part of the Harrison Assessments team, she collaborates with a global network of organizational consultants and partners, supporting organizations across Europe and Africa in implementing full HR cycle solutions grounded in over 30 years of research in behavioral science and workplace performance. In her role, she supports the application of Harrison Assessments’ psychometric tools and Paradox Technology to help organizations develop leaders at scale through structured, data-informed approaches.
She has designed and delivered workshops and training programs on leadership, career development, and personal effectiveness for international audiences. Having lived and worked in seven countries, she brings a strong cross-cultural perspective to her work. Iryna also specializes in leadership and career coaching, helping professionals build self-awareness, navigate complexity, and improve performance in a sustainable way. Her approach combines strength-based development and solution-focused coaching to support resilience, prevent burnout, and enhance leadership effectiveness. She holds two Master’s degrees in International Business and International Relations, is a certified Life & Career Coach, and a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I).
