Biography
Irene Lugalla is Lecturer and Academic Dean at the MS Training Centre for Development Cooperation based in Arusha Tanzania. Further, Irene is an experienced researcher, writer and lecturer. She holds the Master Degree of Arts in Development Studies majored in Women, Gender, and development from the Institute of Social Studies in the Hague and a PhD degree from the university of Groningen in the Netherlands whereby her research was focused on women’s business growth and development.
