Biography
Hilda Osei-Poku is a purpose-driven youth leader and professional passionate about education, youth mobility, climate action, and inclusive development across Africa. With over six years of experience at the All-Africa Students Union (AASU), where she currently leads the Migration, Mobility and Exchanges Unit, she has spearheaded initiatives that advance youth leadership, student mobility, and meaningful youth participation in shaping Africa’s future. Her work focuses on creating opportunities for young people to engage in community-led solutions, education advocacy, and sustainable development initiatives that strengthen resilience and social inclusion. Through her leadership, she has championed platforms that amplify youth voices and promote action-oriented approaches to addressing emerging continental challenges. Hilda is an alumna of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), where she earned both her undergraduate and master’s degrees. She is also an alumna of the Global Leadership Program at the University at Buffalo, The State University of New.
