Biography
As an academic with over 30 years of teaching experience at various public and private institutions, Dr. Helena van Wyk has developed a keen interest in the communication, branding, and education fields. Her research interests lie in these fields, with a particular focus on brand and corporate communication. Holding a PhD from UNISA, her research for the PhD concentrated on political brand and social media storytelling. Dr. Helena van Wyk is passionate about sharing her knowledge and expertise with others and is always seeking opportunities to collaborate with like-minded professionals in the field.
As Dean Postgraduate Studies and Research at the IMM Graduate School, her focus is on driving research and grow the postgraduate studies at the IMM Graduate School. She serves on the Senate Committee at Open Window University of Zambia, she is a sub-editor of the Review and Marketing Journal, which is an accredited academic journal
