Biography
Harald Fleischmann is a qualified electrician, electronic engineer for energy appliances, and industrial engineer with 26 years of work experience in implementing technology and engineering projects. He has more than 20 years of experience developing teaching aids and examination materials for technical vocational education and training (TVET) on behalf of German training provider, Christiani, and the Office responsible for the development of technical examination papers and teaching aids (PAL) at the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Harald Fleischmann has been in South Africa for over 20 years, developing assessment materials for TVET in various trades and implementing creative training concepts to develop TVET lecturer capacities. He works closely with industry, government departments, and the South African Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO). Harald Fleischmann is the managing director of Christiani Africa (Pty) Ltd, offering training solutions to companies and institutions worldwide with a focus on technology-enhanced industrialization. Christiani Africa (Pty) Ltd uses digital technologies such as VR, AR, and mixed reality to create immersive learning experiences.
