Biography
Dr Hamintsoa Prisca Razafindralambo is a sociologist and specialist in education policy, human development, and institutional leadership. She has extensive experience coordinating and implementing education programs within Madagascar’s Ministry of Education and with international development partners. She previously served as Madagascar’s focal point for the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and as President of the Francophone African constituency, coordinating focal points across 20 countries.
