Biography
Habib Houndekindo is Director of Francophone Technical Programs at datocracy AI, where he leads the design and delivery of bilingual AI and digital capacity-building initiatives across Francophone Africa. An IT leader with extensive experience in training, systems engineering, and capacity building for digital transformation, he has worked with several African governments, regional institutions, and development partners on cybersecurity training, infrastructure deployment, and strengthening institutional digital systems. He holds a Master’s degree in Data Transmission and Information Security and is Cisco CCNA certified. Fluent in French and English, he leads context-responsive learning design and facilitation across diverse regional settings within Africa.
