Biography
Gordon is a independent education consultant, with particular interests in international education policy, educational technical innovation, and improving access to quality education for those who do not have it, particularly displaced people and refugees. He has worked and lived in China, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United States, and Zambia, and undertaken shorter term assignments in a number of other countries in Africa, Asia and the Middle East. In addition, he conducts research and policy consultancies.
