Biography
Ngoboka Godfrey is a professional Biostatistician with a background in Technology Management, holding an MSc in Engineering. Additionally, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Presently, he serves as the CRVS Manager at Bloomberg Data for Health Initiative in Rwanda. His expertise lies in program management, developing online courses for sustainable solutions for skills development, Strengthening Health Data Systems, monitoring & evaluation, Data analysis and data use, and the enhancement of mortality surveillance systems. With a remarkable tenure of 8 years in the CRVS field, he has demonstrated proficiency in coordinating and managing various stakeholders, implementing, and monitoring programs, systems integration, and executing high-level program management in lower and middle-income countries.
