Biography
Gaston Donnat Bappa is Traditional Chief in Ndjock-Nkong village (Cmr) specialized on rural development. Senior IT engineer, Consultant on ICT for education, and Bank Executive.
37 years Professional experience, he worked in main Cameroonian Telecommunication companies and banks, before founding Microlog in 1994, a SME in ICTs services.
In rural world, he is Chairman of a Traditional Chiefs Association, Vice-president of a rural micro-finance (CVECA) Chairman of Management Commity in a Multipurpose Community Telecenter
He is creating the AFRICAN TRADITIONS ONLINE ENCYCLOPEDIA (ATOE), first African one, internationally recognized as African Wikipedia.
He is involved in eLearning Africa conference since 2nd edition in Kenya in 2007, as participant, then speaker, chairman of session, keynote speaker, and editor of first ever published report in year 2012. Now member of the Advisory Committee of that event.
