Biography
Fay Hodza holds a PhD in Human and Community Development and has over 20 years of experience in teaching and learning, school leadership, professional teacher development, community engagement and partnerships development. Working at VVOB - education for development as the Regional Coordinator of the African Centre for School Leadeship, he coordinates regional partnerships and collaborations focusing on school leadership professional development practice. He works in close collaboration with African governments and other partners in different parts of the continent to put school leadership on the education transformation agenda.
