Biography

Everlyn Anyal Musa has over 18 years of commitment to management of Education and Scholarship programs for individual and organizational capacities development. She is currently the Network Facilitator for the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program eLearning Initiative bringing together different teams, partners and stakeholders to contribute to and draw from the Initiative to strengthen the capacities of several universities to deliver quality, inclusive and resilient eLearning.


Earlier, she managed the Carnegie African Diaspora Fellowship Program – CADFP and mobilized African born Diaspora scholars in the USA and Canada connecting them with universities in Africa for mutual collaboration on research, curriculum co-development and graduate students teaching and mentorship. Before then, Everlyn led the Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program – IFP in Kenya focusing on scholarship as a pathway to quality and equitable higher education and channel to social change, inclusion and leadership development. Through this, she reached, selected and supported individuals from marginalized backgrounds to access quality higher education and become change agents and transformational leaders in their communities and around the world. Everlyn holds an MBA (Strategic Management) from the University of Nairobi and a BA (Literature and Linguistics) from Kenyatta University. She has published in the area of Higher Education and Leadership and has attended and facilitated many local and international conferences on Higher Education.
