Biography
Eugenia Agyeiwaa Boadi is a STEM education advocate, leadership coach, and entrepreneur committed to empowering young people through education, innovation, and skills development. A certified Maxwell Leadership Team Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, she combines a professional background in petroleum engineering with a strong focus on leadership development and human potential.
She is the CEO of Geagle Consult and Training Institute (GCTI), a leadership and professional development organisation based in Accra that delivers coaching, executive training, and capacity-building programmes for entrepreneurs, young professionals, corporate teams, and emerging leaders. Through this work, she supports individuals and organisations in developing critical thinking, confidence, leadership capacity, and professional skills for rapidly changing environments.
Eugenia is also the founder of KidsAtHome Educational Centre, a platform that promotes creativity, STEM learning, leadership, and experiential education for children, as well as STEMSheCan, an initiative dedicated to encouraging girls and young women to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Across her initiatives, she advocates for inclusive learning, youth empowerment, and practical education approaches that prepare young people for future careers, innovation, and leadership opportunities.
