Biography

An expert in training and employment systems engineering, international management, youth counsellor and socio-educational animation, Mr. TOMMY Etsè Yaovi is the deputy director of the follow-up of the Instituts de Formation en Alternance pour le Développement (IFAD) at the Agence Education-Développement in Togo. This agency was created by the Togolese government to design and implement training schemes that meet the needs of businesses and the country's development needs.

Mr. Tommy Etsè Yaovi holds a master's degree in international management and a degree in socio-educational animation. He was assistant to the head of the management unit of the project for the creation of the IFAD (Institut de Formation en Alternance pour le Développement). Currently deputy director in charge of monitoring the IFAD, he coordinates the development of various reference frameworks (professional, certification and training), the implementation of the partnership with the professional world, and the implementation of professional and digital tools to support the educational process. He participates in the supervision of trainers for the elaboration of their pedagogical progressions and the optimal use of the resources made available to them. Mr. Tommy is part of the team setting up the digital department for governance in education.
