Biography

Eric Debrah Otchere is a learning, teaching, and curriculum development expert with over ten years of experience and practice. He has consulted on various curricular design and implementation programmes for a variety of delivery modes such as physical, virtual, and hybrid. He is passionate about youth empowerment, skills development, employability, and the promotion of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through healthy cultural practices. Eric has extensive training in academic leadership and is a certified emotional intelligence coach.

He was a Postdoctoral Fellow of the American Council of Learned Societies’ (ACLS) African Humanities Programme (AHP), a Presidential Fellow of the African Studies Association (USA), an Iso Lomso Fellow of the Stellenbosch Institute for Advanced Study (STIAS) in South Africa, and a Fellow of the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. Eric holds a PhD from the University of Cape Coast in Ghana, and is the author of many academic papers on the topic of quality education, advocacy, assessment, and sustainable development.
