Biography
Mubangizi Emmanuel, a Researcher, Motivational Speaker at WIN Africa Research Centre, CEO/MD at Web Info-Net & Web Info-Net Institute of Technology since 2010 to date, worked as automobile mechanic at International Federation of Red Cross 3years, Mechanic/IT Manager at Presidents Office Uganda 23 years. Degree/Certifications in Information Technology: BIT, MIT, CCNA Makerere University Uganda, CEH E-council Delhi India.
He is a role model & inspiration in most institutions of higher learning, handling practical training in ICT/Business skills, empowering & changing the mindset of youth to create jobs. He has embarked on a new project in ICT Artificial Intelligence & Research (Innovation) Development in Africa.
