Biography
Emmanuel Choge is a TVET and digital learning specialist with extensive experience in advancing education-to-employment initiatives in Kenya and exchanges within the region. He has led projects on greening TVET, Dual training systems and capacity development of stakeholders in the TVET space. Emmanuel works closely with government institutions, development partners, and industry to strengthen policy, enhance institutional capacity, and improve employability outcomes through data-driven approaches. With expertise spanning digital transformation, mentorship programs, and labour-market aligned skills development, he is recognised for connecting learning with real-world employment opportunities and driving innovative solutions in technical and vocational education.
