Biography
Emmanuel is a senior teacher educator, and an administrator at National Teachers College (NTC) Muni, Uganda. He is passionate about the use of ICT in teaching and learning. He is also a PhD Researcher at Kyambogo University in Uganda. His areas of research and presentations include: Educational Management, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Quality Assurance, Curriculum Implementation, Digital Innovations, Active Teaching and Learning. He is as well a member of NTC Muni Governing Council where he serves as vice secretary.
Previously, Emmanuel served as a lecturer of Educational Administration; School Practice Coordinator, Head of Education Department, Assistant Academic Registrar at Uganda Christian University- Arua Campus.
At the eLearning Africa conference, Emmanuel will speak on the topic “Digital Innovations in the National Teachers’ Colleges in Uganda: benefits and challenges”. Tools such as AMS, Moodle, Assets Tiger and quickBooks are explored.
