Biography
Mr Chen brings more than twenty years of cross-disciplinary experience to his concurrent roles at NetDragon and Beijing Normal University. He has consistently spearheaded systematic innovation where educational technology, cultural creativity and digital content intersect - directing the development of AI-, 3D- and VR-enabled learning products and virtual campuses that span K-12, vocational and lifelong-learning sectors. A champion of the “IP + Education” model, he has also built NetDragon’s automated AI courseware production pipeline. Mr Chen coordinates university-enterprise collaboration, project incubation and technology transfer, while deepening international partnerships and diversified application scenarios. An alumnus of CEIBS and the School of Cultural and Creative Industries at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, he continues to broaden his strategic perspective on the convergence of culture and technology.
