Biography

I am a dedicated professional in learning innovation, with extensive experience in training and development, instructional design, and career mentoring.

I have coordinated strategic projects, including the first Young Professionals Program at Electricidade de Moçambique E.P, and have led initiatives focused on leadership development.

I am leading the implementation of the first substation simulator with virtual reality for training new employees and continuous learning for experienced professionals in Mozambique, as well as a game-based learning project for adults.

As a monopolist company, Electricidade de Moçambique E.P has embraced digital transformation as a strategic path to excellence. Despite challenges such as low digital literacy and limited bandwidth, we are continuously innovating. Along with my team, we are driving learning with pioneering solutions, making training in the electrical sector more modern and efficient.
