Biography
A member of Pix since 2019, Elsa is responsible for international development, with a focus on Africa, South America, and Asia. She manages several projects in Africa aimed at assessing and developing the digital skills of teachers, students, and citizens. These include the “Digital Skills For Africa” program led by the World Bank across nine sub-Saharan countries and a project with Enabel under the Regional Teachers Initiative for Africa in Tanzania, Uganda, and Rwanda.
